Return Policy

We value your satisfaction and strive to provide the best quality products for Sukkot. Due to the seasonal nature of our merchandise, we ask that you carefully review the following return policy:

✅ Returns Are Accepted:

• Products may be returned within 2 days of purchase, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

• A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

❌ Returns Are Not Accepted:

• No returns will be accepted within 2 days prior to the start of Sukkot or afterward.

• We do not accept returns on custom items, used products, or items returned in poor condition.

• Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage are not eligible for return.

💰 Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

📦 Exchanges:

• Exchanges may be accepted under the same conditions as returns and only if stock is available.
