Every rental includes the confirmed sukkah structure, schach, bamboo, and guidance on selecting the right setup. Basic Rental includes these essentials, while Full Service also includes home delivery and pickup, professional installation, and takedown. Exclusive includes everything in Full Service plus rental furniture, custom planning, sukkah design, and priority for scheduling and inventory, subject to availability.
Is schach included with the rental?
Yes. Both schach and bamboo are included in every confirmed rental package.
Can you help me choose the right sukkah size?
Yes. We’ll consider the usable space, number of people you expect to host, furniture layout, access, and the way you plan to use the sukkah. You do not need to choose a size on your own.
Do I need exact measurements before contacting you?
No. Approximate dimensions are helpful, but you can begin with the address, type of space, expected number of guests, and anything you know about access. We’ll let you know if measurements, photos, or additional site information are needed.
What areas do you serve?
We primarily serve qualifying addresses across Brooklyn, Queens, New York City, the Five Towns, Long Island, and New Jersey. Share your City or ZIP Code and installation address so we can confirm availability for your location.
Can you install a rental sukkah on a rooftop or in a difficult-access space?
Potentially, depending on the property. Rooftops, stairs, elevators, narrow access points, unusual surfaces, and locations with anchoring limitations require additional review. Service can only be confirmed after we understand the site conditions and installation requirements.
When should I reserve my rental sukkah?
As early as possible. Rental inventory and installation capacity become more limited as Sukkot approaches, especially for larger sizes, rooftops, difficult-access locations, and community projects.
How is rental pricing determined?
Pricing depends on the package, sukkah size, installation address, property access, surface conditions, setup requirements, furniture or design needs, and any project-specific additions. After reviewing the details, we’ll provide a clear written quotation.
What are the payment terms?
A 30% deposit is required when the rental is booked. The remaining balance is due one day before installation. The payment schedule and confirmed service details will be provided before you finalize the reservation.
Are delivery, installation, and takedown included?
They are included with Full Service and Exclusive. With Basic Rental, home delivery and pickup, professional installation, and takedown may be added for an additional charge, subject to availability. The confirmed schedule and service scope will be stated in your quotation.
Do you provide rentals for synagogues, schools, or organizations?
Yes. Rentals for synagogues, schools, organizations, events, and commercial projects are available subject to project feasibility, inventory, and seasonal capacity. Exclusive is especially suited to projects requiring customization, furniture, design, or priority coordination.
Does submitting the form reserve a sukkah or commit me to rent?
No. Submitting the form starts an availability and suitability review. A rental is only reserved after the option, price, service details, payment terms, and availability have been confirmed with you.
