GETTING STARTED

Begin with the questions that matter most.

You do not need every measurement or detail before reaching out. A few basics about your plans and space are enough to begin.

Do you offer both sukkah sales and rentals?

Yes. You can purchase a sukkah for repeated use or rent one for the upcoming season. The right path depends on your space, plans, service needs, and whether you want a sukkah for one season or for years to come.

Should I buy or rent a sukkah?

Buying may be the better fit if you expect to use the sukkah year after year and want a long-term solution of your own. Renting may be a better fit if you want a full-service solution for the upcoming season without storing the sukkah afterward. We can help you compare the options around your actual needs.

What if I am not sure which option is right for me?

That is completely fine. Tell us what you know about your space, location, expected number of guests, and how you hope to use the sukkah. We will help you identify the most relevant next step.

Do I need to know the exact sukkah size before contacting you?

No. Approximate dimensions, photos, and the number of people you expect to seat are enough to begin. We can help you understand which sizes should be considered before anything is confirmed.

When should I begin planning my sukkah?

As early as possible. Availability becomes more limited as Sukkot approaches, particularly for rentals, installation services, larger sukkahs, and properties that require additional planning.

What information is helpful when I first contact you?

Start with whether you are interested in buying, renting, or are still unsure. It also helps to share your City or ZIP Code, approximate space dimensions, expected number of guests, property type, desired services, access conditions, and any photos you already have.

Can I contact you if some of those details are still missing?

Yes. You do not need a completed plan to begin. Send the information you have, and we will let you know what else may be needed to evaluate the next step.

Does submitting an inquiry commit me to an order?

No. An initial inquiry allows us to review your needs and discuss the relevant options. An order is only confirmed after the solution, services, availability, price, and booking requirements have been explained and accepted.

SALES & RENTALS

Understand what each sukkah option includes.

Buying and renting solve different needs. These answers explain the practical differences before you choose a path.

What is included when I buy a sukkah?

Our purchase options are designed around different levels of service. The Essential Sukkah is intended for customers who prefer a basic self-install solution. The Complete Sukkah Package includes the sukkah structure, schach, bamboo, and home delivery. Custom Sukkah Solutions are available for unique properties, larger layouts, and projects requiring additional planning. Professional assembly is available throughout our service area, and your approved quote will clearly list every product and service included.

Is delivery available when purchasing a sukkah?

Yes. Home delivery is included with the Complete Sukkah Package. Delivery for other purchase options depends on the selected package, address, access conditions, project requirements, and seasonal schedule. Your approved quote will clearly state whether delivery is included and list any applicable charge.

Can you install a sukkah that I purchase?

Yes. Professional assembly is available throughout our service area. The Essential Sukkah can also be selected as a self-install solution. If you request assembly, the scope, site requirements, schedule, and price will be listed clearly in your approved quote.

Can a purchased sukkah be used again in future years?

Yes. Purchased sukkahs are designed for repeated seasonal use when they are assembled, disassembled, handled, and stored correctly. We also provide a parts warranty and an option to upgrade your sukkah in the future, subject to the applicable terms and available components.

How should I store a purchased sukkah after Sukkot?

Components should be dry, protected, and stored in a suitable covered location. Handling and storage needs can vary by sukkah, so follow the guidance provided for the system you purchase.

When should I order a sukkah for purchase?

Ordering early gives more time to review sizing, availability, delivery, and installation requirements. Options and installation capacity may become more limited as Sukkot approaches.

What is included with a sukkah rental?

Rental inclusions depend on the service level selected. Essential Rental provides the sukkah while the customer manages pickup, transportation, assembly, takedown, and return. Full Service includes the sukkah, delivery, professional assembly, and takedown after Sukkot. Custom Rental is available for larger families, unique properties, synagogues, organizations, events, and commercial projects, subject to feasibility and seasonal availability.

Does a rental include installation and removal?

It depends on the rental option you select. Essential Rental does not include delivery, assembly, takedown, or return transportation. Full Service includes delivery, professional assembly, and takedown after Sukkot. Your confirmed quote will clearly state the services included.

Do I need to take down or store a rental sukkah?

With Full Service, no storage is required and we return to take down the sukkah after Sukkot according to the coordinated schedule. You only need to remove personal belongings and leave the area accessible. With Essential Rental, you are responsible for takedown, return transportation, and returning the sukkah as agreed.

When will my rental sukkah be installed and removed?

For Full Service rentals, installation and takedown take place within the confirmed seasonal service schedule. Timing depends on your location, access, sukkah size, route planning, weather, and overall availability. We will explain the applicable scheduling window and access requirements before your booking is confirmed.

When should I reserve a rental sukkah?

As early as possible. Rental inventory and installation capacity are limited, and availability becomes tighter as Sukkot approaches—especially for larger sukkahs and properties requiring additional planning.

Can I rent the same sukkah again next year?

A future rental must be booked and confirmed for each season. We can use information from your previous project to help plan again, but inventory, pricing, services, and scheduling remain subject to the new season’s availability.

YOUR SPACE & INSTALLATION

Plan around the way your property actually works.

Dimensions matter, but so do access, surface conditions, placement, and the services required to complete the installation.

How do I choose the right sukkah size?

Consider the usable dimensions of the space, the number of people you expect to host, the tables and seating you plan to use, and the room needed to move comfortably. Share those details with us and we will help you evaluate the relevant sizes.

How should I measure the available space?

Measure the usable length and width of the intended area and note anything that reduces the space, such as railings, walls, doors, steps, equipment, trees, or uneven surfaces. Photos are also helpful when the layout is not straightforward.

Should the sukkah fill the entire available area?

Not necessarily. The plan may need room for access, doors, walking paths, property features, installation work, and other site conditions. The usable installation area is often different from the property’s overall dimensions.

Can you help plan seating inside the sukkah?

We can use your expected number of guests and intended table arrangement to help evaluate the appropriate sukkah size. Final furniture placement remains dependent on the selected size and the dimensions of the tables and chairs being used.

Can you install a sukkah in a backyard, driveway, patio, terrace, or rooftop?

These locations may be possible, depending on the usable area, access, surface, building conditions, safety considerations, and installation requirements. The site must be reviewed before a solution or service can be confirmed.

Can you work with rooftops or other challenging spaces?

Yes, subject to a site and project review. Rooftops, terraces, elevated locations, narrow access routes, and other challenging spaces may require additional information, planning, labor, or installation requirements.

What access information should I provide?

Tell us about parking, loading access, stairs, elevators, gates, narrow paths, building rules, restricted work hours, long carrying distances, and any other condition that could affect delivery or installation.

Do I need to be present during delivery or installation?

Not always, but the site must be accessible and the approved placement must be clear. If building access, entry authorization, placement decisions, or other coordination is required, an authorized person may need to be available.

How should I prepare the area before installation?

The installation area and access route should be cleared of furniture, personal belongings, debris, and avoidable obstacles. Any preparation specific to your property will be discussed before the installation date.

What happens if weather affects the installation schedule?

Weather and site conditions can affect safe delivery and installation. If an adjustment becomes necessary, scheduling will be handled according to the conditions, route plan, and available seasonal capacity. We will communicate relevant changes as clearly as possible.

Do you handle larger residential, commercial, or community sukkahs?

We can evaluate larger projects for homes, synagogues, schools, organizations, businesses, events, and community spaces. These projects require a review of dimensions, capacity, access, layout, services, and scheduling before confirmation.

What should an organization provide for a larger project?

Helpful information includes the property address, usable dimensions, desired capacity, tables or layout requirements, access conditions, building or venue restrictions, service needs, timing, and site photos or plans.

PRICING & NEXT STEPS

Know what happens before your sukkah is confirmed.

Pricing and availability depend on the actual project. We review the relevant details so the scope and next steps are clear before booking.

How is the price of my sukkah determined?

Pricing depends on whether you are buying or renting, the sukkah size and configuration, location, delivery requirements, installation services, access conditions, project complexity, and seasonal availability.

Can you provide a quote before I know the exact size?

We can begin discussing the relevant options, but a reliable quote requires enough information to identify the proposed sukkah and service scope. Approximate dimensions, guest count, location, access details, and photos can help us move toward an accurate recommendation.

What will be shown in my quote?

Your quote will identify the proposed solution and the services included for the project. Any relevant delivery, installation, rental removal, or project-specific requirements should be clarified before booking.

How do I check whether service is available for my address?

Send us your City or ZIP Code along with the service you need. Final availability depends on the exact address, project requirements, route capacity, installation schedule, and seasonal timing.

What areas do you serve?

We primarily serve qualifying locations across Brooklyn, New York City, Queens, the Five Towns, Long Island, and New Jersey. Availability must still be confirmed for the specific address and project.

What if my city is not listed on the Locations Page?

Service may still be available. Share your City or ZIP Code and the type of project you are planning, and we will check whether the location can be accommodated.

What is required to confirm a booking?

A booking is confirmed after the solution, services, price, availability, project details, and payment requirements have been accepted. Any information required for delivery or installation must also be provided within the agreed timeline.

What are your payment terms?

Payment terms depend on whether you are purchasing or renting and on the products and services included. The required deposit, remaining balance, and due dates will be stated clearly in your approved quote before the order is confirmed.

Does paying a deposit reserve my sukkah and service date?

A deposit confirms the products, services, and scheduling arrangements stated in your approved quote, subject to the applicable project terms. Your booking is not confirmed until the required deposit has been received and our team has issued confirmation.

What happens after I submit an inquiry?

We review the information provided and identify any details still needed. From there, we can discuss the relevant solution, confirm service availability, and prepare the appropriate next step or quote.

Should I send photos of the space?

Photos are strongly helpful when access, layout, surfaces, rooftops, terraces, obstacles, or other property conditions may affect the plan. Clear photos can reduce uncertainty and help identify the right follow-up questions.
